The Bert Meulendijk Signature IR Pack Gain is the outcome of a collaboration between Bert Meulendijk and Drums & Tones. Together, we embarked on a quest to find the best Guitar Cab IR’s that would accurately represent Bert Meulendijk’s signature guitar sound. Delving deep into the Drums & Tones IR vault, we experimented with various guitar cabs, different speakers, and an array of microphones. The result is a collection of 25 top-notch IR’s meticulously designed for (high)gain guitar tones.
The intention behind these IR packs was not to overwhelm you with countless microphone and cab options. Based on our experience, we understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the sea of choices, spending hours on mic placement and endlessly searching for the perfect tone. Instead, we focused on creating the absolute best IR’s for (high)gain guitar sounds, offering enough options to help you discover your killer tone instantaneously.
Load them up into your Kemper or utilize them in your studio!

The cab titles in the pack itself give a basic idea of what cab/speaker combination was used for the particular cab Ir.
Like we said, we believe cab names and microphones can distract you from finding the right sound. You would be picking mics and cabs with your eyes instead of your ears. In the end it doesn’t matter what mic or cab you use as long as the tones are killer.
