Description

This rig pack can be used with the Kemper Profiling Amp (Head/Stage and Player with the Level II & III upgrade).

In this pack, I’ve tried to recreate the sound of a Bogner Ecstasy 3534®. This rig pack contains 7 liquid DI profiles, 43 Berts choice plug & play rigs using my favourite cabs and 1 performance. This 3534 pack is a Liquid Profile pack. Although the Bogner 3534® is not included in the Kemper amp list, I used two different amp models: CM800 for the green, blue, and red channels, and Fan Twins BRT for a few green channel rigs. The result is more than satisfying.

In this pack, I’ve only included the rigs and sounds that I felt worked really well in a song, both live and in a recording situation.
That’s why I selected from the following options:

Green channel – Excursion T and M, Pre EQ N and B2
Blue channel – Excursion M, Pre EQ N; Excursion T, Pre EQ N Boost
Red channel – Excursion T, Pre EQ B1, and T Pre EQ B1 Boost You’ll also notice that I used several different cabs, which create beautiful tonal variations including my so-called Bert Cab, the FusionQuad 412, a 4×12 cab with four different speakers:

• G12K-100
• G12M-65 Creamback
• V30
• G12H

In addition, I used my trusted Marshall® 1960 and Bogner® 212C cabs.

Naming convention:
1. Green Series – Amp model CM800 – Various cabs 1A. Green Series – Amp model Fan Twins BRT – Various cabs
2. Blue Series – Amp model CM800 – Various cabs
3. Blue Boost Series – Amp model CM800 – Various cabs
4. Red Series – Amp model CM800 – Various cabs
5. Red Boost Series – Amp model CM800 – Various cabs

I’ve made several tweaks in the different series. There will be an A, B, C or another letter added after the name.

I understand that using letters might feel awkward or confusing. Therefore, I strongly recommend to create a BM 3534 folder in your local library to store the rigs there first. From that folder you can audition the sounds select the rigs you actually want to use in your profiler. Once you’ve made your selection, you can rename and move them into your profiler if necessary.

I hope you’ll have a great time playing these profiles!
I certainly did while creating and testing them!

Cheers, Bert
